Troubleshooting Steps 

When the touch button doesn't respond, check the following: 

  1. The power cable is plugged in the power socket and the power socket is switched on. 
  2. The power cable is connected to the power supply and the LED on the power supply is illuminated green. 
  3. The extension power cable is connected to the power supply.
  4. The extension power cable is correctly plugged into the rear of the recliner module.

If the recliner module still doesn't respond when you touch a button, the power supply may have overheated. Try steps below: 

STEP 1. Turn off the power at the power socket, unplug power cable and wait for 15 minutes.

STEP 2. Re-connect power cable and turn power on at the power socket.

STEP 3. Check that the light on the power supply is illuminate green.
