There are two delivery options available:
- Express Delivery: When you choose Express Delivery, we bring your order inside your home and place it in the room closest to the front door. This option does not include assembly services.
- Deluxe Delivery: If you opt for Deluxe Delivery, we deliver your furniture, but we also assemble it for you and take care of all the packaging and boxes. To ensure a smooth process, please ensure that the area where the furniture will be placed is clear before our team arrives.
Note: We can hold your order for up to two weeks from the scheduled delivery date.
Deliver Now, Assemble Later
If you live in a metropolitan area and prefer to have your furniture delivered now but assembled later, we're happy to accommodate:
- Delivery and Later Assembly: Our Despatch Team will deliver your furniture on the scheduled day. You can then choose to have it assembled any time within the next 6 months, and we won't charge you extra for this extended service.
- Let Us Know Your Plans: Please inform our Customer Service Team if you'd like to opt for 'Delivery Only - Assemble at a Later Date.' We'll make a note in your delivery instructions.
- Scheduling Your Assembly: When you're ready for assembly, just give us at least two weeks' notice so we can schedule it at a convenient time for you.
- Confirm Your Address: Make sure our Customer Service Team has the correct address where your furniture will be assembled, and that your order is at the new location ready for assembly.
- Aligning With Our Schedule: We'll arrange the assembly date based on our delivery schedules in your area.
Note: We do not offer services to pick up and relocate items to different addresses.
