Making a payment for your order is straightforward and can be done in several ways. Here's how:
1. In Person
Visit your nearest King Living Showroom here. Our team will assist you with the payment process and answer any enquiries.
2. Online Payment via Customer Portal
Visit our secure online portal at King Living Customer Portal. Follow the steps to confirm your order and submit your payment.
3. Payment Link
We will send you a payment link. Simply click on the link to forward your payment.
4. Phone Payment
Call our Delivery Team at 1300 005 464 to make payment over the phone.
5. Bank Transfer
Bank transfers may take 2-3 business days to process and appear in our account. Ensure funds are cleared at least 7 days before your delivery date. Once payment is made, please email the receipt to accounts@kingliving.com.au.
Full payment must be received by 12 PM, 7 days before delivery. Our delivery partners cannot accept payments on delivery day. If we don't receive payment 7 days prior, your delivery will be rescheduled.
