What are the Payment Options Available?

Making a payment for your order is straightforward and can be done in several ways. Here's how:

1. In Person 

  • Visit your nearest King Living Showroom here 
  • Our team will assist you with the payment process and answer any enquiries.

2. Online Payment via Customer Portal 

3. Payment Link   

  • We will send you a payment link 
  • Simply click on this link to forward your payment.

4. Phone Payment  

  • Call our Delivery Enquiries Team at 1300 005 464 

5. Bank Transfer 

  • It may take 2-3 business days for bank transfers to be processed and appear in our account.
  • Ensure the funds are cleared at least 7 days before your delivery date.
  • Once you have made the payment, please send the payment receipt via email to accounts@kingliving.com.au.

Please ensure your account is paid in full by 12 PM, one week before your delivery date. Our delivery partners cannot accept payments on the day of delivery.

If payment is not made 7 days before the delivery, our Despatch Team will schedule a new delivery date. Your order will be shipped only after payment is made and funds are cleared.
