Making a payment for your order is straightforward and can be done in several ways. Here's how:
1. In-Store Payment at King Living Showroom
- Visit your nearest King Living Showroom here
- Our team will assist you with the payment process and answer any enquiries.
2. Online Payment via King Living Customer Portal
- Visit our secure online portal at King Living Customer Portal
- Follow the simple steps to complete your payment.
3. Use the Payment Link
- King Living will send you a payment link when arranging your delivery.
- Simply click on this link to finalise your payment.
4. Phone Payment
- Call our Delivery Enquiries Team at 1300 005 464 to make a payment over the phone.
Please ensure your account is fully paid by 12 PM, 7 days before your delivery date. Our delivery contractors are unable to process payments on the delivery day.
5. Bank Transfer Option
- For bank transfers, please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to clear in King Living's account.
- Ensure the funds are cleared at least 7 days before your delivery date.
- After transferring payment, email the payment receipt to email@example.com.
If funds are not cleared 7 days prior, our Despatch team will reschedule your delivery date. King Living will only despatch items once funds are received and fully cleared.
