How Do I Collect my Order from the Warehouse?

To collect your order from our warehouse, please follow these steps:

1. Finalising Your Order 

To collect your purchase, you need to pay the full amount of your order. Make sure to submit your final payment at least 7 business days before the collection date. If you make the payment online, you will receive a confirmation email. Remember to bring this email as a receipt of your payment.

2. How we Notify You 

You will receive a notification from our Despatch Team when your order is ready for pickup at the warehouse. Please make sure your contact information is accurate and up-to-date to ensure you don't miss this notification.

3. Scheduling a Collection Date

Once you receive a notification from the Despatch Team, make sure to contact them promptly to schedule a pick-up date. If you have limited availability, try to book your collection as soon as possible after receiving the notification to ensure you get a time slot that suits you best. 

Please allow at least 2 business days for our warehouse team to prepare your order for pickup. 

4. Confirming Pickup Location

The Despatch Team will confirm the specific warehouse location to pick up your order. See below for operating hours and further instructions.

Report to Admin Office located at front of building to be signed in and provided with instructions for collection.
WA PEP Transport

9am-3pm Monday-Friday Report to Admin Office located at front of building to be signed in and provided with instructions for collection.
ACT / NSW KING

Building 3, Door 19, 400 Woodpark Road

9am-3pm Monday-Friday Follow driveway to the end of the building, then continue around to the opposite side and locate Door 19. 
VIC  Altona - Winning Services

10am-2pm Monday - Friday Report to Admin Office located at front of building to be signed in and provided with a map for pick up location.

5. Presenting Your Sales Order Number 

When you come to the warehouse to pick up your order, bring your Sales Order number with you. Present your Sales Order confirmation and ID to the Warehouse Team. They will check your information and find your order.

6. Arranging a Courier

If you can't collect your order in person, you can choose to have a courier collect it for you. To do this, you'll need to give the courier the warehouse location, pickup details, and your Sales Order number.

If you decide to use a courier, make sure to tell them about the size and type of items they'll be picking up, especially if any items are large or delicate.

7. Loading your Purchase

The Warehouse Team is unable to help you load your items into your vehicle or van. Ensure you secure the items properly before driving to prevent any damage during transit.

8. Confirming Receipt

You'll be asked to sign a collection note confirming you've received your order.
