Collecting Your Order from our Warehouse

Our Despatch Team is here to assist with your collection, and this guide will provide you with clear instructions on what steps to take.

Step 1. Finalise Your Order 

Before you can collect your purchase, your order must be Paid in Full. Ensure your final payment is submitted 7 business days prior collection. If your payment is submitted online, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to bring this email along with you, as a payment receipt. 

Step 2. We will Notify you 

Our Despatch Team will notify you once your order has arrived at the warehouse and is ready for pickup. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date, so you don't miss this notification. 

Step 3. Schedule a Collection Date

After receiving a notification from the Despatch Team, promptly reach out to them to arrange a pick-up date. If you have limited availability, try to schedule your collection as early as possible upon receiving the notification to ensure you secure a time slot that's most convenient for you. 

Please provide at least 2 business days to allow our warehouse team enough time to prepare your order for pickup. 

Step 4. Confirm the Warehouse Pickup Location

The Despatch Team will confirm the specific warehouse location where you will pick up your order. They will inform you of its operating hours, and if needed, they can provide assistance with directions to ensure you find the location without any difficulty.

Step 5. Bring Your Sales Order Number

When you arrive at the warehouse to collect your order, please bring your Sales Order number. Present your Sales Order confirmation and ID to the Warehouse Team. They will verify your details and locate your order.

Step 6. Collect Your Order or Arrange a Courier

If you're unable to collect your order in person, you have the option to arrange a courier to do so on your behalf. In this case, you will need to provide the courier the warehouse location, pickup details, and, your Sales Order number.

If you decide to arrange a courier, remember to inform the courier about the size and nature of the items they will be picking up, especially if any items are oversized or fragile.

Step 7. Load your Purchase 

The Despatch Team cannot assist you in loading your items into your vehicle or van. It's important to secure the items properly before driving off to avoid damage during transit. 

Step 8. Confirmation 

You'll be asked to sign a collection note confirming you've received your order.
