You have the option to conveniently collect your King Living order from our warehouse locations across Australia. Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth pickup experience:


1. Finalise Your Order

Complete your full payment at least 7 business days before your preferred collection date. This ensures our team has ample time to prepare your order for pickup.


2. Stay Informed

Make sure your contact details are up to date. Our Despatch Team will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.


3. Schedule Your Pickup

Once you receive your notification, simply schedule your collection date. Please allow 2 business days for our warehouse team to prepare your order for pickup.


4. Confirm Your Collection Location

Our Despatch Team will provide you with the pickup address and instructions. Below are the warehouse details, operating hours, and arrival guidelines for each location:

QLD All Purpose 132-166 Gilmore Rd, Berrinba, QLD 4117 10am–2pm, Tuesday–Friday Enter via Gate 2. Use the stairs on the right side of customer parking bays and wait for further instructions.
SA KING Woodville Warehouse Charles Sturt Industrial Estate 21.2, 20 Cheltenham Parade, Woodville, SA 5014 8am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday Report to the Admin Office at the front of the building for sign-in and further instructions.
WA KING Canning Vale Warehouse  93 Vulcan Drive, Canning Vale, WA 6155 9am–2pm, Monday–Friday Report to the Admin Office at the front of the building for sign-in and collection instructions.
ACT/NSW KING Smithfield Warehouse Building 3, Door 19, 400 Woodpark Road, Smithfield, NSW 2164 9am–3pm, Monday–Friday Follow the driveway to the end, continue around to the opposite side, and locate Door 19.
VIC Altona - Winning Services 69 Horsburgh Drive, Altona North, VIC 3025 10am–2pm, Monday–Friday Report to the Admin Office at the front of the building for sign-in and collection map.

 


5. What to Bring

To collect your order, please bring:

  • Your Sales Order number

  • Your Order confirmation email

  • Photo identification for verification


6. Arranging a Courier

If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may arrange for a courier:

  • Provide your courier with the collection address, pickup details, and your Sales Order number.

  • Advise them if the order includes large or fragile items requiring special handling.


7. Loading Your Purchase

Please note:

  • Our Warehouse Team cannot assist with loading items into your vehicle.

  • Ensure you bring enough help to safely load your order and secure it for transport to avoid damage.


8. Sign Upon Collection

Once your order is loaded, you will be asked to sign a Collection Note confirming receipt of your items.
