Yes, you can collect your order from the warehouse by following these simple steps:

1. Finalise Your Order

  • Ensure the full payment is completed prior to collection. 
  • Submit your final payment at least 7 business days before collection.
  • Bring the confirmation email as proof of payment.

2. How We Notify You

  • Ensure that your contact details are correct so that you can receive a notification from our Despatch Team when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Schedule Pickup

  • Promptly schedule a pickup date once you receive the notification.
  • Allow 2 business days for our warehouse team to prepare your order.

4. Confirm Pickup Location

  • The Despatch Team will provide the specific warehouse location to collect your order. See below table for operating hours and further instructions.

WA PEP Transport

9am-3pm Monday-Friday Report to Admin Office located at front of building to be signed in and provided with instructions for collection.
ACT / NSW KING

Building 3, Door 19, 400 Woodpark Road

9am-3pm Monday-Friday Follow driveway to the end of the building, then continue around to the opposite side and locate Door 19. 
VIC  Altona - Winning Services

10am-2pm Monday - Friday Report to Admin Office located at front of building to be signed in and provided with a map for pick up location.

 

5. Bring Necessary Documents

  • Bring your Sales Order number, confirmation email, and ID for verification.

6. Arrange a Courier (if required)

  • If you can’t pick up your order in person, you can arrange for a courier.
  • Give the courier the warehouse location, pickup details, and Sales Order number.
  • Inform the courier about any large or fragile items.

7. Load Your Purchase

  • The Warehouse Team cannot assist with loading your items into your vehicle or van. Ensure they are secured properly to prevent damage while in transit. 

8. Sign Upon Collection

  • Sign the collection note confirming you've received your order.
