Track Your Order Status

Step 1: Go to 'Track Your Order

Step 2:  Complete the required fields including Order Number. (Your Order Number is located on the invoice or receipt and begins with three letters e.g ONL).

Step 3. Click 'Submit'

After you submit your order details, we will give you an estimated delivery date. 

Reschedule or Confirm Delivery

If you need to reschedule or confirm a delivery, please visit the 'King Living Customer Service Portal' at https://portal.kingliving.com.au/guest.

You will receive prompt notifications from the Despatch Team about any changes to your scheduled delivery date.
