Here’s what you need to know about when your warranty starts and how it's applied.
When Does My Warranty Start?
Your warranty begins from the day your product is delivered and accepted at your nominated address. This delivery date acts as the official start of your coverage, and there’s no need to take any further steps to activate it.
If your product is later replaced under warranty, the original delivery date still applies for warranty purposes.
What Happens If My Product Is Replaced?
If your item is replaced under warranty, the warranty period continues from the date you originally received your order, not from the replacement date.
This applies even if the fault was discovered days or weeks after delivery, as long as the original item was accepted and retained.
Use Your Delivery Date as Reference
There’s no need to calculate anything complicated just refer to the date your product was successfully delivered to you. This will be your warranty start date, regardless of any replacement that may occur later.
What Does My Warranty Cover?
King Living offers comprehensive warranty coverage tailored to different parts of your product:

25-Year Steel Frame Warranty – structural integrity of the steel frame for indoor furniture

5-Year Outdoor Steel Frame Warranty – structural integrity of outdoor steel frames

2-Year Initial Manufacturing Warranty – covers manufacturing faults across all components

3-Year Extended Manufacturing Warranty – An optional upgrade that provides added assurance, covering the electronics and motion components across all King-branded products.
Please note that our structural warranties cover manufacturing faults. Corrosion, wear and tear, and environmental damage are not included.
