What are the Benefits of the 120 Day Mattress Trial?

Experience the Sleep+ Mattress in the comfort of your home for 120 days. If you're not satisfied after trying it for at least 14 consecutive nights, we’ll collect the mattress and provide a full refund of the purchase price, subject to trial conditions.

  • Free Collection in Metro Areas: We will arrange to collect the mattress at no additional cost.

  • Flexible Comfort Options: We may offer adjustments or modifications to the mattress, allowing you to try different comfort layers before proceeding with a refund.


When Does the 120 Day Mattress Trial Begin?

The trial starts on the delivery date of your mattress and lasts for 120 days from that date.


What Are the Conditions of the 120 Day Mattress Trial?

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Minimum Trial Period: Sleep on the mattress for at least 14 consecutive nights.

  2. Written Notification: Notify King Living in writing of your dissatisfaction before the end of the 120-day period, including a valid reason.

Invalid Reasons for Refund:

  • Incorrect mattress size purchased.

  • Preference changes (e.g. colour or appearance).

  • Desire to exchange for a different size, price, or quality.

  • Previously claimed a refund under the 120 Day Mattress Trial.

Additional Conditions:

  • The full purchase price must have been paid.

  • The mattress must only have been used in your home, not for commercial purposes (e.g. Airbnb).

  • The mattress must be in good condition—free from damage or stains.

If we offer adjustments or modifications to the comfort layer, we ask that you reasonably trial these options before a refund is considered.


How Does the Pickup and Refund Process Work?

  • Metro Areas: We will collect the mattress at no cost.

  • Non-Metro Areas: You will need to arrange to return the mattress at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the mattress has been received by King Living or its charity partner.


What is Not Covered by the 120 Day Mattress Trial?

The trial does not apply if:

  • The mattress was purchased for commercial use.

  • It was delivered outside of Australia.

  • It has been modified or altered without our approval, or if product tags have been removed or defaced.

  • The mattress was not purchased directly from King Living.


How Do You Claim a Refund?

Please provide the following details:

  • Your name, delivery address, and phone number.

  • Mattress details and purchase date.

  • A valid reason for dissatisfaction.

Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps.
