1. What are the Benefits of the 120 Day Mattress Trial?

  • You have 120 days to experience the Sleep+ Mattress in the comfort of your home.
  • If you’re not satisfied after trying the mattress for at least 14 consecutive nights, King Living will collect the mattress and provide a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the trial conditions.
  • For customers in metro areas only,  King Living will arrange to collect the mattress at no additional cost.
  • King Living may offer to make adjustments or modifications to the mattress, allowing you to try different comfort layers before deciding on a refund.

2. When does the 120 Day Mattress Trial begin? 

The 120 Day Mattress Trial begins on the delivery date of the mattress and lasts for 120 days from that date.

3. What are the Conditions of the 120 Day Mattress Trial?

To qualify for a refund under the trial: 

  • You must sleep on the mattress for at least 14 consecutive nights during the trial period.
  • After the 14-night period, and before the end of the 120 days, you must notify King Living in writing that you are not satisfied with the mattress, along with a valid reason for dissatisfaction.
  • The following reasons are NOT valid for claiming a refund: 
            • Purchasing the incorrect size of the mattress.
            • Wishing to change the mattress size.
            • Dissatisfaction based on aesthetic preferences like color or appearance.
            • Requesting an exchange for a different mattress in size, price, or quality.
  • If King Living offers adjustments, modifications, or replacement of a comfort layer, you must reasonably try these solutions before a refund is issued. 
  • You must not have claimed a refund for any other mattress using the 120 Day Mattress Trial previously.
  • The full purchase price of the mattress must have been paid.
  • The mattress must have only been used in your home and not for any commercial purposes (e.g. Airbnb).
  • The mattress must be free from damage or stains.

4. How Does the Pickup and Refund Process Work?

  • For metro areas: King Living will arrange to collect the mattress at no cost.
  • For non-metro areas: You must arrange to return the mattress at your expense.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after King Living or its charity partner receives the mattress.

You must follow the care instructions provided by King Living for your mattress. Any self-attempted repairs could cause damage and may result in ineligibility for the 120 Day Mattress Trial refund.

5. What is not Covered by the 120 Day Mattress Trial?

The trial does not apply if:

  • The mattress was purchased for commercial use.
  • It was delivered outside of Australia.
  • It has been modified or altered without King Living’s approval, or if product tags have been removed or defaced.
  • The mattress was not purchased directly from King Living.

6. How Do You Claim a Refund?

To make a refund claim, contact the Customer Support Team at 1300 135 464 or email service@kingliving.com.au BEFORE the trial period ends. 

We will need the following details: 

  • Your name, delivery address, and phone number.
  • Mattress details and date of purchase.
  • Valid reason for dissatisfaction.
