At King Living, every design is crafted with care, precision, and a deep commitment to quality. We’re confident in the products we offer, which is why we encourage thoughtful, informed purchasing decisions.

Change of Mind

Due to the tailored nature of our products, King Living does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if the product does not meet personal expectations. We recommend taking the time to review all product specifications and speak with a King Living expert prior to finalising your order to ensure it suits your space and needs.

Product Suitability

Our products are designed to suit a wide range of interior styles and living requirements. However, unless a specific use has been confirmed by King Living in writing, we do not guarantee suitability for particular purposes.

In the Unlikely Event of a Fault

We take great pride in the durability and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Should your product develop a fault, we will assess the concern in line with Australian Consumer Law and take the necessary steps to resolve it. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund—depending on the nature of the fault.

Where appropriate, King Living may repair the item to restore it to its intended function and quality. Please note that damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or external parties may not be covered under warranty or consumer guarantees.

Warranty Coverage

Many King Living products are covered by our comprehensive warranties, including:

  • 25-Year Steel Frame Warranty
  • 5-Year Steel Frame Outdoor Warranty
  • 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty
  • 3-Year Extended Manufacturing Warranty (on eligible items)

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement for major failures in goods.
  • A refund or compensation if a service does not meet consumer guarantees and cannot be rectified within a reasonable time.
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage as a result of a product or service failure.

If a fault is considered minor and can be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll arrange the necessary rectification.
