Return Policy

When making a purchase, please choose carefully. King Living does not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or if the product doesn't meet your expectations. We also do not guarantee that the product will be suitable for a specific purpose unless this is clearly stated or confirmed in writing by King Living.

If a product is faulty, we reserve the right to repair it in compliance with applicable laws, rather than offering a refund, exchange, or credit. Please note that King Living will not be responsible for any damage to the product caused by you or third parties while the product is in your possession.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the service, you have the right to:

(a) Cancel your service contract with us, and
(b) Receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.

Major Failures with Goods

For major failures with goods, you have the option to choose between a refund or a replacement.

Rectification of Failures

If a failure with the goods or service is not major but is not rectified in a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and may cancel the service contract, receiving a refund for any unused portion. Additionally, you may be reimbursed for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from the failure.
