Warranty Periods for Indoor Products

Warranty periods for King Living products are calculated from the date of delivery. This means that the coverage for each component starts from the day the product is delivered.

1. Indoor Products 

  • Steel or Alloy Frames: 25-year warranty.
  • Exclusions: Components and products used for commercial purposes.

2. Sofa Accessories for Indoor Products

  • Warranty Period: 2 years.
  • Exclusions: Electrical accessories and products used for commercial purposes.

3. Electrical Accessories for Indoor Products

  • Warranty Period: 1 year (12 months).
  • Exclusions: Products used for commercial purposes.

4. Other Components of Indoor Products

This includes foam, feather and fibre fillings, suspension, springs, mechanisms (including sofa & storage bed mechanisms), hydraulics, zippers, touch fasteners, and legs.

  • Warranty Period: 15 years according to the Pro Rata Schedule:
    • Years 0-1: Free
    • Years 1-2: Free
    • Years 2-3: 25%
    • ... (continues incrementally up to 95% in Year 14-15)
  • Exclusions: Electrical and motion components, products used for commercial purposes.

5. King Leather and King Fabric Components of Indoor Products

  • Warranty Period: 5 years according to the Pro Rata Schedule:
    • Years 0-1: Free
    • Years 1-2: Free
    • Years 2-3: 25%
    • ... (continues incrementally up to 37% in Year 4-5)
  • Exclusions: Specific exclusions detailed under 'What is not covered by the Warranty.'

Extended Warranty

We also offer a Three (3) Year Extended Warranty for electronics and motion components. The standard 2-year warranty can be extended for eligible customers for an additional 3 years, making a total of 5 years. This extension is available at an additional charge per module.
